Useless – DSW Designer Shoe Warehouse Review

Am already a VIP member and have spent the last hour trying to sign into the app. At first wouldn’t recognize my email and or password, so changed the password. Then, it tells me my email is invalid. Nowhere anywhere is the option to enter your member #. Tried calling only to hang up eventually after waiting on hold for a customer service rep. If you’re going to have your salespeople push this program as aggressively as they do, please develop and implement a product that actually works and you can provide the support for.
