Fun game but buggy – Soundtrack Attack - Steven Universe Rhythm Runner Review

I had fun with the game overall but I had to delete the app to free up space on my phone and now every time I restart my phone the app appears and tries to download itself again which makes me have to delete it over and over. Can someone explain why this keeps happening?
