Basically useless – T-Mobile Safe & Found Review

First of all this app has been crashing as soon as I open it for days now. The parental controls are basically useless because they can just turn them off anytime without parental permission, they can also turn off their location services, or just delete the app completely without permission. The radius for location is 164 yards which is way too far of a “safe space” Over half the time the app reports wrong information and times and isn’t accurate at all. Also, as far as the alerts go, they don’t always go through. I pay $8 a month for this service and have used it for multiple months now, but I’m honestly at the point of canceling my subscription and finding a more accurate family location app to use if these problems aren’t addressed soon.
