Beware to all! – Blades and Rings Review

Be very careful dealing with the customer service in this game. They apparently outsource it to a bot-like person who speaks very little English. Concerns are rarely responded to and never addressed. Anything you may need to advance doesn’t actually drop, but it magically becomes available for purchase months later. Lastly - these people will straight up STEAL FROM YOU. If you try to petition it and even provide all the evidence of a purchase they will either ignore you or endlessly repeat requests for proof. If you are so bold to have Apple/google refund your purchase that the devs didn’t honor, you will get immediately banned. Consider yourself duly warned. Apple should be ashamed they let utter thieves like this on their marketplace.
