No response to emails – Textone Second Phone Number Review

I got a message on the app saying if I didn’t call/text someone within 7 days that my phone number would expire due to inactivity. I tried sending multiple texts to people but a red error message popped up and they didn’t go through. A call went through though. I sent a message through the app and haven’t received a response. Four days later I received the same expiration message. I still can’t send texts and have sent another email. This phone number is on my business cards.
