Doesn't detect another ipod touch from 4 feet ! – Bluetooth Phone Review

Worthless... If a sale is a contract, don't we have 3 days to cancel and get a refund ? Apple/iTunes is NOT the government, Apple/iTunes doesn't get to make the rules ! Gotta ask my lawyer...
