Good game. Fix how attacking works. – World War 1914 Review

I like the game. But I hate how you can attack a city and lose an army but the city doesn't lose any men at all. I literally had a 20000 army attack a city and lose most of it but yet the enemy did not lose a single man. Pls fix.
