Customer service is crap – Venmo Review

Fast and mostly easy way to send money. Downside is there is no way to cancel a payment. When asked about the possibility l, customer service reps ask you several questions before telling you it cannot be done. It was such a waste of time. Their solution was to have the recipient send the payment back... which was not possible. So granted it was my mistake but it was rather infuriated to have them waste my time. A simple “sorry we cannot cancel payments” would have been better than playing 20 questions. Not happy at all with how it was handled.
