Fun but needs fixes and support – Jurassic Survival Island Review

I had played pretty far into the game and accumulated 14 crystal eggs that I was opening. After a few, I used the option to open 10 at a time, at which point I got some Great rewards and then immediately lost everything when my inventory was full and the game crashed. I can’t find any contact/support info and I feel like all the work I put Into the game was lost - which was disheartening enough for me to probably not want to pick it up again. In addition there are some bugs that occur, such as being unable to move.
