Hmmm – Textone Second Phone Number Review

My texts are no longer sending. When I went to the App Store and clicked the link for support I got transferred to a web page with some email contact addresses but it was referencing media inquiries and business development stuff which doesn’t necessarily apply to customer service for support with service issues. I like having this app to have a second phone number, but I am annoyed that I cannot send or receive texts with it anymore. I get the little red circle with the exclamation point in it indicating that the message did not send, no matter what number I send a text to. I just made a phone call with the app, so thankfully that much still works! If you can fix it where my texts work as well as the calls do I will re-review and put five stars instead of just one.
