Cant fix? Cant use! please read – iMovie Review

I love this app! Especially for editing my videos for YT. But I have two major complaints. 1) Imovie does not take microphone. This means that I have to send it through Splice (another editing app) then send it to Imovie to have my voice talking over the video. This takes up WAY to much space in storage. 2) This started a few weeks ago. I finish editing my video and it was exactly the way I wanted it. But when I sent it to photos, the audio is in different parts in the video, and my voice is on top of another part in the video that has my voice. Please fix this because Imovie is due for an update
