Won’t work – Jurassic World Alive Review

I was playing the game for 2 days then all of a sudden it wouldn’t load. I contacted Apple they were very helpful on trying to trouble shot the problem, after about an hour on the phone they concluded it was a problem with the app. I went to the developer page and called the number a recording said all support is by email. At this time I was just done playing the game the app wouldn’t load and trying everything didn’t help. The problem I was having was that I uninstalled after it wouldn’t load then reinstalled and the app now wouldn’t show up in location settings. Long story short I updated my phone reinstalled the app it worked for about a day then boom won’t work error after error messages I’m on a iPhone SE and never had an problem playing any other game just done and got my in game credits back from iTunes. NOT WORTH the trouble plus my wife plays the game right next to me and has a hole different set of problems she purchased the one time offer for leveling up said everything was approved then see never received what she payed for.....
