Terrible customer service local store – DSW Designer Shoe Warehouse Review

So I was in the store today had my purchase at the counter and the lady sevicing us would not let my two coupons apply $20.00 worth of coupons !! Came home placed the order on my phone app and now the gift will be late She said she couldn’t even manually put it in very disappointed in the customer service and the lady before me was the same !
