Help – Mystery Trackers: Raincliff's Phantoms HD - A Supernatural Detective Game Review

I’m at the arch scene and need to touch the helmet to get something. It’s were you first see the dog but you need to touch the helmet on the statute. My iPad version is not opening the statue helmet. What can I do.
