Did not want to subscribe AND wouldn’t work for me – Sign Documents & PDF Signature Review

I selected to do the free trial and it charged me $49.99 for the subscription. Then when I tried to actual load a doc to sign, it wouldn’t even load. I would like a refund. I have been unable to make the app work for me.
