17+ rating ?? – Telegram X Review

Chatting app shouldn't be rated 17+. Does NOT have MORE unrestricted web access than Facebook etc. (Which is rated 4+). I'd you need ppl only over 16 in UK and EU restrict it for them not for everyone else.
