Good till you buy then you don’t have any direction after that. – Hatchful - Logo Maker Review

I bought a logo and did not receive a receipt nor could I find it anywhere. When I went back into the app it only gives you options to make a logo so I assumed there was a mistake and I did not buy it. I started the process over to find the logo I bought wa in fact owned by me. Went back to look for it and it is no where. I would like a refund please.
