the app wont open anymore – lettrs - Meaningful Messages Review

I have used this app for a long time and it was great then all of a sudden it stopped working, like to the point it kept logging me out and the app would shut off. I would log back in and it would keep shutting off and logging me out. is there a new update I dont know about?! it has been doing this for about a month.
