Cannot create account or login – Charechat Review

When I try to “Sign Up”, the submit button doesn’t do anything. There is no error message....it just doesn’t do anything. I wondered if maybe it went through anyway, so I tried logging in. The submit button to log in worked, but after a while, the app crashed. I’m sure it’s a great app. I also imagine that since it’s new, the servers are overloaded right now. That’s fine and well, but if that’s what caused the problems I was experiencing, the app needs error handling — including telling the user what’s going on or why things aren’t working correctly. If I cannot even create an account or login, I consider the app to be non-functional. I will try again later today. I have an iPhone SE, which Apple claims this app should run on.
