I purchased a magazine through the app. It said that my purchase was confirmed, but wouldn’t download. I tried clicking on restore purchases which didn’t work. I contacted customer service who was able to manually. It was added to my Pocketmags account (which is associated with Normal). It still wouldn’t show up on the app. Long story short if you want to buy the magazine use the Pocketmags app.
