I like the interface and variety of games offered, but there seems to be a complete disconnect between the marketing team and fulfillment team. They promise additional points if you make a purchase on a certain day, but never make good on the offer. I’m very disappointed, they have no real customer service or way to resolve these kind of issues. I have made 2 email support requests to their support team email regarding these issues and never received any response or the points they promised. 2 weeks later, still nothing. I will be contacting the App Store to let them know about these issues and request a refund for my last purchase, since they did not fulfill their promises.
