New ticketing process – Fly Delta Review

Being from Atlanta, I have been a loyal fan of Delta Airlines for years. It was the only airline I would book flying on. Ever since the new ticket purchasing change, I have found myself searching other airlines. Your company was one of the only airlines that did not nickel and dime the customer for guaranteeing a specific seat. I would hope that Delta can go back to it’s superior ways rather than lowering itself to the competition.
