Video demonstrations.... – CPR & Choking Review

.....speak volumns over fumbling thru pages of written word and can be very practical in an emergency situation. These seem to have been made as quick references to be used during what could be a stressful incident to get you on track with beginning CPR or Choking maneuver. These videos are well done, easy to hear and see. They are quick and to-the-point. There is even captioning at the bottom of the screen. The only thing missing is the number of compressions to breaths ratio (30-2) and the number of complete sets before checking for breathing again (5). Kudos to the Seattle firefighters for providing these to the greater public for free!
