It doesn’t work and no answer from Yamaha – MD-BT01/UD-BT01 Utility - US Review

I am trying to contact but I don’t have so far any answer because it doesn’t work on my piano, I would to know even what it’s wrong or if can be fixed, with no answer yet :(
