The people having problems must pay like $59.99 a/month for Internet and they wonder why this doesn’t work!?! I’m so glad l have this. I love the fact that l can record netflix hulu amazon prime hbo showtime epix starz abc nbc fox cbs Xfinity amc a&e and any other channel you can name. Its awesome watching shows/movies when l want. Its great not having to watch commercials - l have always hated commercials! Honestly, if you can’t get this to work its simply because of user error - there is no way that it’s PlayOn’s fault. Their customer service is excellent, they actually work on solutions for my each/every individual problem. I imagine their jobs can be hell sometimes considering how all these channels are always changing their code and updating all the time. Yes, sometimes they can take a lil time to get back to me but l don’t mind because l know that they will get me right.
