No refund Function? – Starbucks Review

Mobile orders always work badly in the stores near me. My coffee is hardly delivered to my hand as usual and I don’t understand, if there is tip function why there is not any refunding function. Waiting for the coffee already mistaken by someone else or never made by the stuffs is totally wasting of time and money.
