GPS signal is stuck – Trackimo Review

I went out to test it before putting it on my new motorcycle. It was working great for about an hour. And then the signal jumped to a location I wasn’t even at and has been stuck there ever since. Batteries charged, device was on, reset it several times, and nothing. I’ve done everything I possibly could to troubleshoot this and I’m stuck. No idea what else I can do. Submitted a support ticket. Please reply ASAP!
