Terrible accuracy, slow response

Terrible accuracy, very slow response to a location request. Must have to send the request to locate 29-25 times and wait 10 min. Bad app.

I have had my unit for two years 6 months i didn’t get notifications on my phone due to a bad update. The customer services are a joke they either have no idea what was wrong or were intentionally avoiding issues with there app. When the app does work it takes forever to update locations and often sends false alerts. Now the unit has mysteriously stopped working out of no where and all they said was you have to replace the unit it’s not covered under warranty. If you bought this gps you should return it spend your money elsewhere.

I downloaded this app after customer service told me their Tracki app stopped working with IOS after the latest update. Sadly, this app seems no better. Slow to update location of person being tracked. Disappointing.

The battery goes from 100 percent to 65 percent they need to fix this so we can get a accurate reading

This app seems to me more useful on Android devices. There is limited functionality on the iPhone version. With my iPhoneX the geofence setup buttons are almost in the top front facing camera. There aren’t as many options in the settings page either in the iPhone version. Android has Bluetooth capability, but I phone doesn’t. Also more information is displayed for each device when you select one in the Android version. For example it will tell you how the location was retrieved; gps, wifi, etc. does not show this information on iPhone version.

07-06-18 I have an iPhone 8+ The app refuses to load can’t get a hold of anybody except chat they said there’s no ETA as to when it’s going to be fixed I wouldn’t buy it until it’s fixed it’s been since Monday Labor Day!!! Otherwise it was working great I fly a macaw and use it...

App Crashes

When I click on settings, on my iPhone or my iPad version of the app - it crashes. Also, the trackimo 3G I have - even though activated, connected & fully charged- won’t even show up on the app or the web dashboard.
