Interesting Information – Sleep Better: Sleep Cycle App Review

The information provided is helpful even if you don’t know all the background. It gives you useful information to identify patterns of overall feelings of well being and can help you with data to support the impacts of stress, late eating, coffee consumption, etc on the amount and quality of sleep. I have only been using for a couple of weeks but am changing some things I do and can see the impacts. Already getting better sleep and feel the impacts. Thanks. Jim
