I can’t use it after I change my new iPhone – LDict - English Dictionary Review

I like Longman Dictionary very much. You can see many words with same meaning and homophones,etc. I paid about $20 to download this apps. After I got my new iPhone, I have to pay again to download same apps. I can’t find phone number or email where I can reach them to talk about this problem .
