Woefully Short and Underwhelming – Mr. Robot:1.51exfiltrati0n.ipa Review

Anyone who’s “played” through the story might chuckle when I describe it as short, but when you factor out the wait times, the actual meat of the story doesn’t really last that long. I really loved the idea behind this game, and I love the team at Night School Studio, but it felt like there was a lot lacking here. Your choices, ultimately, are inconsequential and you don’t really get much more insight on the characters from the show. I was really hoping to learn something about Darlene’s mindset during the Steel Mountain hack, but you don’t get much more than what you might have assumed. If nothing else, you find out that you were the one who told Darlene about the meet up with Cisco at the library. So...cool? Also we never get a resolution to the group chat with the randos! C’mon!
