Good, if you are already fit – Men's Health Fitness&Nutrition Review

I am getting a lot out of the app. But the workouts are pretty intense. You have to be fit to use this app. The workout routine it gave me started off with a 45 minute run on day 2. That’s not realistic for the majority of people looking to get fit or lose weight. I’ve lost 2.5 lbs a week for two weeks with it so far! It’s a great workout routine if you can swing it.
