I really like this app. It has many workouts to try at the gym. It would be great if the app synced data to apple health. That way you could keep track of workout routines (calories burned) automatically. I’d give it 5 stars then.

I am getting a lot out of the app. But the workouts are pretty intense. You have to be fit to use this app. The workout routine it gave me started off with a 45 minute run on day 2. That’s not realistic for the majority of people looking to get fit or lose weight. I’ve lost 2.5 lbs a week for two weeks with it so far! It’s a great workout routine if you can swing it.

This is a good app for the workouts but it would be better if it allowed you to track you food intake.

I love how every workout is shown and explained! Something for every level! Awesome app! Just the change my gym routine was looking for! You guys nailed it!

This app is extremely well done. I like how it has workouts that are easy to follow along to and provides the time for test and when you have particular mounted that are timed and not a particular number of reps. The only improvement I can see is when you accidentally skip ahead in a workout there's no way to go back and continue from a previous point. Other than that it's a fantastic app.

Has really nice home workouts when you can't get to the gym. Haven't got to the gym in a while but these kick my butt. Perfect app.

No complaints. Save a lot of time in the gym using the workouts in the app. Leave the gym feeling sore, in a good way.
