Payment Issues – BeerMe - Drinks, Faster Review

Used the app for a beer festival and added payment information for $60, was giving my tickets. Then I receive an email 2 weeks later of payment issues in my card requesting I be charged for my tickets. How is that possible if I paid for tickets that day and I’m requested to be charged again 2 weeks later? Concerned about payment handling in app which could lead to concerns on payment security. App also seemed to slow down the process of item exchange vs cash.
