New update 2 weeks ago was an epic fail for me. – Paintkeep Painting Review

Everything was working great until the last app update 2 weeks ago. Now the screen freezes, and once a button is pressed, the screen goes completely black. I keep waiting for another update to fix it, but nothing. This is why I sent an email to support, and that was a few days ago. I’ve deleted app and reloaded, but now it doesn’t recognize my username and password. So, I try to reset the password, and app keeps replying with “something went wrong, try again later.” I am not one to pay for any apps—I’m cheap! and usually use the free ones. But, I really liked this so much that I decided to pay for the extra upgrades. I can’t even use it. Shame on me!
