Books arrived damaged, customer service fail – Chatbooks Family Photo Albums Review

Since my $25 worth of expedited shipping didn’t even warrant a real box for my three books, just an envelope, my books arrived torn at the edges. The product is beautiful and you can’t even respect it enough to ship it properly? This is after i placed two orders and expedited one for Mother’s Day. I got an email two days before Mother’s Day that said the non-expedited order shipped. Concerned that there had been a mix up, I used their chat feature just to have a customer service rep be confusing, confused, rude, and condescending. I had to ask her over and over to confirm anything. After ordering from you over Christmas I have been signing chatbooks’ praises. However I will be using one of their competitors in the future.
