Staying Focused With My Wife – Omada Review

Omada has been important in making me stay focused on the need to watch what I am eating and pushing me to get out of my chair and walk. I know that I need to move more and I know I will soon reach the point where I will start being much more active. I know that I cannot let myself backslide and it important that I have a wonderful wife, Bunny, who is going thru the program with me. She helps me stay focused and has created some meals that are tasty. I know that I will fall off the wagon on certain occasions like holidays but I will focus on trying to stay as true to the program as possible. I am motivated to become healthier and live longer.
