No so good on details – Priority Pass™ Review
So they cannot update an existing account with a new card number. I even called support and endured the painful annoying hold music.
Me: I have a new card number. I have an existing userid that I want to update to use this new number.
PP: we have no way of doing that. You will have to create a new userid with the new number.
Me: but I have grown used to my userid. Well, that account is dead since the card associated with it is expired. Can you simply delete the dead account so I can reregister with it?
PP: we can’t do that. You will have to use another username.
TLDR: to save you time, I’ll summarize what you have to look forward to. you’ll get bad crackly hold music at too high a volume, and a series of “can’t do that” for very basic account maintenance requests. Smh
