Game problems. – Charm Story - 3 match puzzle crush splash game Review

I have not been able to get Apple from tree when time to pick in two weeks. How about a fix. All these games sometimes have the same problem. Can't buy rewards without those apples. Will stop playing any of them if you don't correct. Says sorry error try later. Sure days later still won't work.....
