I cried for help and Oggl answered – Oggl Review

I have been an on and off Hipstamatic/Oggl user for some time now and hadn’t used either app in years and this past weekend I decided to dive back into Oggl. Created a new account and decided to try the 3 month membership a go, but after creating my account I was having an issue with Oggl recognizing my membership. I logged out of the app, that didn’t work, uninstalled/reinstalled the app, that didn’t work, so at my wits end I decided to reach out to Oggl. It was the weekend so I figured that I’d probably hear back from Oggl the earliest by Monday; boy was I wrong. Within the hour Allan not only had responded to my email he had fixed my issue; I was totally blown by that. It’s great knowing that the Oggl team was on top of my situation from the beginning and remedied things even before answering my email. I’ve only been using the app for a couple of days but I’m totally blown away by the seemingly infinite lens/film combinations and the creations that come from those pairings are simply awesome. Take a bow Oggl, for creating this wonderful app, cultivating a wonderful community and having a superb customer service.
