Hey not working

Below you will see my initial review - in less than one day customer service contacted me and fixed I have always loved this app and can now say FANTASTIC!!! Amazing customer service!!!! I have tried to become member 3/4 times and keep getting Web Error msg. This has caused my account to be charged that many times. Please refund my money and fix so I can become a member Thank you

Ȯggl not compatible with Zurich pack

I have been an on and off Hipstamatic/Oggl user for some time now and hadn’t used either app in years and this past weekend I decided to dive back into Oggl. Created a new account and decided to try the 3 month membership a go, but after creating my account I was having an issue with Oggl recognizing my membership. I logged out of the app, that didn’t work, uninstalled/reinstalled the app, that didn’t work, so at my wits end I decided to reach out to Oggl. It was the weekend so I figured that I’d probably hear back from Oggl the earliest by Monday; boy was I wrong. Within the hour Allan not only had responded to my email he had fixed my issue; I was totally blown by that. It’s great knowing that the Oggl team was on top of my situation from the beginning and remedied things even before answering my email. I’ve only been using the app for a couple of days but I’m totally blown away by the seemingly infinite lens/film combinations and the creations that come from those pairings are simply awesome. Take a bow Oggl, for creating this wonderful app, cultivating a wonderful community and having a superb customer service.

I recently forgot to renew my membership. When I did, it didn’t work, so I contacted their Support. The issue was quickly resolved, everything’s back to normal. Thank you! I like being able to switch to different lenses & films after the fact and save different variations of my Oggl photos. Great app!

Where to begin??? Well I love this photo app! I started using it when it was on Windows Phone, Used it for forever it seems. Then they were no longer supporting windows, which was also good, I needed an upgrade!!! My first iPhone! The app, the combinations are so vast that the outcome of the photo is just incredible. I did have a slight issue with becoming a member, not sure why it wouldn’t but, I contacted the maker of the app and they fixed everything!!! I spend a great deal of time using this Ȯggl, I totally love love love this app. If you want unique photos with a huge variety of combinations and amazing visual appeal!!??!!?? This is the app!

Can’t Update Membership

I’ve been using Ȯggl for years and have loved it, but suddenly I am unable to update my membership. I get the receipt from Apple, but I still can’t use the member features.

Is this a joke???

I’ve used this app in the past but couldn’t remember how it was so re-downloaded it and keep trying to log in, no good, make a new account with a brand new e-mail I made just for the app. And says it’s on file?!? That makes ZERO sense. And it’s sent me emails to reset passwords, none of them work. Very beyond irritated with this app.... if it ever gets fixed, update it please....

I had an issue with my renewed membership not being recognized. I e-mailed Support & very next morning had a lovely response waiting in my e-mail. Hipstamatic Support went above & beyond in helping me. Honestly, even if they couldn’t have fixed it, as much as I LOVE Oggl, it would not have stopped me from using it & finding ways to keep enjoying it...I love this app & its community that much. But, fix it they did, and they added a surprise treat of upping my small membership purchase to an entire year’s membership! I wish to thank Allan & the rest of the team once again. I didn’t dream I could be more impressed with Oggle/Hipstamatic than I already was...but I AM! Thank you so very much!!

No block function

I have a stalker who insists on popping up under different user names. I can only flag a photo as inappropriate at this point. If the block works from an IP address, I won’t have to deal with this person any more.
