Hey guys my name is Lynne I’m so glad to start this I’m excited But I want you to know I walk every day for anywhere from 2 1/2 to 5 miles just by walking are used to lift weights things like that but then I got sick I have lupus and I have diabetes type 2 so I just started back three weeks ago baby steps walking and I’m right at two 2 1/2 miles a day now can’t wait to meet you I’m really excited to get started on Tomorrow!
