This app literally saved my life! – SnoreLab : Record Your Snoring Review

My wife didn’t want to “hurt my feelings” and tell me that I snored. So I bought this objective app, which showed that my snoring was epic! That and my poor sleep, constant hunger, weight gain, and acid reflux led me to suspect apnea and doing a night in a sleep lab. A simple CPAP device now provides me a great sleep with minimal apnea.
