How do I purchase an in-app subscription on my iPad? – Willow - Watch Live Cricket Review

I have been trying to reach support to find out how I could purchase an in-app subscription with no response from willow? The app has no links to do that and there is only a login link. I have emailed support twice from within the app with no response. Is the support team too busy to respond to a query?
