How do I purchase an in-app subscription on my iPad?

I have been trying to reach support to find out how I could purchase an in-app subscription with no response from willow? The app has no links to do that and there is only a login link. I have emailed support twice from within the app with no response. Is the support team too busy to respond to a query?

Signed up for 9.99 monthly subscription through iTunes - the app asks you to login to the website for further instructions.. except there are no further instructions.. Apple should kick this app out of the AppStore

Subscribed for 9.99$ to watch ipl2018. Saw 1st game on my AppleTV and iPhone. Since the 2nd game there is a banner telling me to go back to website where they redirected me to hotstar website. Which is really bad experience but at least works for ios but no way to watch on apple tv anymore since there is no safari to be redirected to hotstar website. Will be reporting to Apple.

I’ve been trying to watch the IPL recordings through the AppleTV App. I go to the website and login, as per instructed in the video, but there are no instructions on how to activate the IPL as per the video. I sent an email to Customer Support and have yet to hear a response.
