In-App Purchase Issue – Help! – Minecraft Review

I have been playing Minecraft for five years and have loved it ever since. The concept is fun, multiplayer servers are fun, and the fact that you get to purchase incredible world templates positively adds to the gaming experience. However, I have found a majorly disappointing flaw regarding the in-app purchases. A few months ago, I purchased the $9.99 pack of Minecoins and bought a couple of world templates which were fantastic! However, when I got onto Minecraft the other day and clicked on the worlds, I received a message saying that I have to unlock the template by purchasing it, even though I've already done so a while ago! I purchased another $9.99 pack of Minecoins, then used some (not all) to download the "Sacred Falls" world. I played on it for a while then closed the app. Once I got back on, ALL OF MY MINECOINS WERE GONE AND THE TEMPLATE I HAD JUST BOUGHT WAS LOCKED AND UNABLE TO BE PLAYED. Microsoft/Mojang, PLEASE rectify this situation.
