No clue how this works – Hippo Magic Review

My college degree and 4.0 gpa could not figure this out. I put my iPad on the hippo and take a pic. It takes a pic. WTH do I want with a pic of the icon? I scanned the front and got a brief intro. Then went to page three and got the same intro. Nothing else. Needed explicit directions. None given. Frustrating and waste of time.
