Frequently fails to load – Passport Parking Review

What’s more frustrating than leaving your quarters at home only to find the app you intended to use to pay for parking won’t even load? Frustrated enough to park there anyway and get a ticket? When the app published reimburses me for their crap-apps poor functionality, I’ll update this review. Not holding my breath!
