Works great for me – Hebrew English Dictionary & Offline Translator Review

I lived in Israel for a year and learned Hebrew in an immersion ulpan. I wish I had this app then. It’s very useful and like other reviewers said, it very rarely comes up with no translation. I have never had bothersome pop up adds like other reviewers mention, maybe because I use the app on my iPad and they mention iPhones, the adds only appear in a banner on the bottom of the screen. It’s free, so it has to make money somehow. Pros: - tap on the English or Hebrew word you want to hear and it plays the pronunciation - lots of very helpful sample sentences with audio - sample sentences often conjugate the verbs in different tenses and persons - great for learning synonyms - translates idiomatic expressions Cons: - the audio pronunciation isn’t always accurate but if you already pretty much know Hebrew you can figure it out Review written 23 April 2018
