Can’t get a refund – Vizzywig: Record & Edit Videos Review

Doesn’t work with my iPhone X or my iPad Pro 12.9. Apparently the app is up to speed with the best devices. Really frustrating to pay $100 and not even be able to use the app at all. Leaving 5 star review for time being in hopes the developer reads this and makes and effort to help me.
